What kind of PCI video card ? Use s-video chord to connect?
Not trying for tv tuner . Just movies , websites, Slideshow , ect… . Any help is very appreciated.

s-video cables cannot transmit HD video
maybe 480p but nothing better than that

if your HDtv doesn’t have a monitor input then you need a video card that can output either composite video(the blue/red/green ones) or HDMI, if you tv has one of those inputs
