At the same time, no.
Provided your computer has the correct outputs/ TV has the correct inputs (i.e. VGA/HDMI) You can use the TV as a computer monitor. I use a 22″ LCD HDTV as my extra monitor on my computer.
If your television has multiple HDMI inputs, and both your computer and Xbox has HDMI outputs, then all you would need to do is select the proper HDMI input on your television depending on if you were playing your XBOX or using your computer.
